What is your return policy?
Contact us (please include your order number) within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll help you out ASAP with any returns and additional questions. Note: original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached.
- Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
- Return labels for APO/FPO addresses cannot be generated.
We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase, as we reserve the right to refuse returned that show any signs of wear.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Please contact us immediately with your order information and we will do our best to address your cancellation request but cannot guarantee any changes can be made after an order is placed.
