Shipping policy

How long will my order take to arrive?

We process and ship orders M-F, excluding holidays. Orders generally take 1-3 business days to ship, including orders marked for express delivery. During times of high volume, orders may take longer. In these cases, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed. The estimated processing times will be displayed at checkout when you select your shipping method. 

You’ll get a notification and tracking number via email when a tracking number has been created. It may take a few hours for tracking to show updates after a label has been created, depending on the carrier.

On average, USA orders are delivered within 2-5 business days (not including processing time), sometimes sooner. We are not responsible for any delays with carrier transit times.

 

We have the following shipping options available in the USA:

Economy - Delivery in 4 to 7 Business Days via UPS/USPS
Standard - Delivery in 3 to 5 Business Days via UPS/USPS
Express - Order by Noon CT. Processing begins that same day. Delivery in 2 to 3 Business Days via UPS
Priority - Order by Noon CT. Processing begins that same day. Delivery in 1 to 2 Business Days via UPS

Please expect a processing time of 2-3 business days for orders placed with standard shipping. 

If shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, you must select Economy. Please note transit times will vary. 

Please note we do not ship to freight forwarding address.

 

How much is shipping? 

In the USA, Standard Shipping is available for most domestic locations via UPS/USPS (3-5 business days after fulfillment) for $7. Standard Shipping is free for all orders over $75 within the continental USA (does not apply to Priority Shipping Methods). 

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all 50 states in the United States, USA Territories, and APO/FPO.

Do you ship internationally?

No, unfortunately at this time we only ship within the USA.
