Shipping policy

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days, including express orders. During periods of high order volume, processing may take up to 5 business days. Estimated processing times will be shown at checkout when you select your shipping method.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow a few hours for tracking updates to appear after the shipping label has been created, as timing may vary by carrier.

Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment, and often sooner. While we do our best to get your order to you quickly, carrier transit times are outside of our control and may occasionally experience delays.

We have the following shipping options available in the United States:

Priority
Order by Noon CT for same-day processing. Delivery in 1–2 business days via UPS.

Express
Order by Noon CT for same-day processing. Delivery in 2–3 business days via UPS.

Standard
Please allow 2–3 business days for processing on orders placed with Standard shipping. Delivery in 3–5 business days via UPS or USPS.

Economy
Delivery in 4–7 business days via UPS or USPS.

If shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, please select Economy shipping. Transit times may vary.

We do not ship to freight forwarding address.
